If your looking to take in some local Ottawa artistic flair within a natural setting, located along the Ottawa River parkway at the Remic Rapids park are the seasonal Inukshuk art creations.
The inukshuks typically start to appear once the spring water levels come down. The number of Inukshuks grow over the summer/fall months and are easily accessible via the Ottawa River parkway either by car or bike ride.

If choosing to bike, you can extend your outing as the Ottawa River pathway passes through Remic Rapids park and continues west to Kanata and east past downtown. Additionally, the Sunday Bikedays close off the section of the Ottawa River parkway to motorists (between 9am-1pm) where Remic Rapids is located between Victoria Day and Labour Day weekends.
